Nancy Corrie is the Founder and Owner of Stillwater Fund Services, LLC, a Chicago-based company founded in 2015 that provides contract CFO and Back Office Services for small-to-medium-sized Midwestern venture capital firms. She currently works with clients collectively managing a total of more than $500 million in assets.

Previously, she was Chief Financial Officer for Apex Venture Partners, a Chicago-based venture capital firm. Nancy joined Apex in 1991 after serving as a senior accountant at Arthur Andersen LLP for six years. She also served as an Accountant and Vice President at First Analysis Corporation from 1991-1999.

She received a bachelor's degree in accounting from DePaul University and is a Certified Public Accountant. She was a Founding Board Member of the Midwest Chapter of The Private Equity CFO Association and is a member of the NVCA CFO Task Force.
