Andrea Joselit is an experienced finance professional with over 30 years of experience in commercial banking, investment banking, mezzanine investing and private equity.  She worked at Bank of America in Chicago for 20 years and has been working as an independent consultant for the past 14 years.  She has worked on hundreds of transactions in her career, performing due diligence, analyzing financials, creating investment memorandums and making investment recommendations.  At Spiral Sun Ventures her key role is to create quarterly reports for investors; she also assists with special projects. 

Andrea holds a BS in Economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.  Andrea is married, lives in the Chicago, IL area and has three grown children.
